THE RENOVATION OF THIS PLACE IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR A HOUSE WITH PECULIARS REQUIREMENTS,

it is classic and at the same time innovative, where we made some changes by making the living room bigger and inserting a fire-place, but, at the same time, keeping the existing dining room; leaving no place for the hobby-room.

Luckily the next room needed some restoration in order to have the bedroom.

So I made a round-shape wall, in order to have something unique and peculiar, with scenographies that made a big change for the two rooms. Always using special lights and shades.

The bedroom, the bed was next to a wall with a tromp-l’oeil garden, plus a sinuous and simple furniture that created a romantic atmosphere.

The area of the bathroom had a central heating plus wash-house and washing machine next to bathtub.

With a sliding door we were able to divide it and, at the same time, hide the laundry, leaving enough space for a scenographic and elegant bathroom.

Using niches, lights and complements to give added value to the room.

The fire-place was well inserted with the rest of the room.
