THIS RENOVATION IS A DREAM COMING TRUE: A CLASSICAL PLACE WITH A REFINED AND PRECIOUS STYLE, WITH “WEALTH AND LUXURY”.

A house where the personal taste and requirements of the client merge perfectly with my creativity;

keeping some components, but, also, following my solutions in any detail.

In the renovation we tore down almost all the walls, except the bearing column, that forced me to make some small variations.

In the living room, some arches divides the sitting room from the dining, as well as the wall of the kitchen.

A round piece of furniture followed the avoidance of the wall and an arch, we added some niches plus a lamp, leaving space to the kitchen and its center isle.

It is not easy to describe each room and its details.

I was able to include the antique furniture, paintings, carpets, a grand-piano and all the components of the client.

I had some furniture specially designed and made by a craftsman, to match with the antique furniture of the client.

In the dining room the “boiserie” with the mirror hiding the TV set.

The bedrooms and bathrooms area had a “trompe-l’oeil” visible from the main entrance and living room. The book-shelves were embedded in the walls with a plaster frame.

The master bedroom had the TV set behind a painting, automatically opened by a remote-control.

The closet room, a piece of poetry, had a  make-up table and spaces for all the garments as well as the handbags.

The bathrooms, even if not too big, had everything and I personalized with many comforts.

The access corridor that leads to the staircase of the mansard had different closets for garments, shoes and all the necessities, with mirrors and silver decorations.

The laundry area was very practical even if it was in a small place.

The mansard was an open-space quite modern for the needs of the son.
